As a part of the World Allergy Week, people are encouraged to be aware of their winter allergy triggers.
In fact, one in eight adults and one in seven children in New Zealand, asthma, and up to 80% of all asthma is caused by allergies, " says Letizia Harding, Executive Director of the Asthma and Respiratory Foundation of new zealand.
"It is important for people with allergic asthma, their triggers, and try to minimize them."
