Moong Dal Cheela

Calories - 105 calories (1 cheela)

Ingredients needed - 1 cup of yellow moon, 1 onion, 1 capsicum, 1 tomato, 2 tbsp of rice flour, ½ tsp coriander powder, ½ tsp garam masala and salt as to taste.

How-

Wash moong dal thoroughly and let it soak for about 30 minutes.
Drain and add dal to blender.
Add the garlic cloves and green peppers to the blender and mix well until smooth.
Remove the moong dal paste from the bowl. Add salt as per your taste and finely chopped onion, capsicum, tomato and coriander leaves.
Add all the other ingredients such as asafoetida, turmeric, coriander powder, garam masala, eno and rice flour.
If the dough seems too thick, add amanzi cup water's. Mix well and allow to rest for 10-15 minutes.
Now heat a non-stick pan, grease it and pour 1-2 batter into it.
Sprinkle with cheela and cook on both sides until golden brown in color.

Ingredients needed- 200 grams paneer, ½ onion, ½ tomato, 1 green pepper, ¼ teaspoon black pepper, ¼ a teaspoon of garam masala, ¼ a teaspoon of afoetida, ¼ tsp cumin seeds, ¼ a teaspoon of red chili powder , 1 teaspoon of oil and salt according to the word. to taste.

Heat oil in a pan. Add the asafoetida, cumin seeds, chopped green peppers and let them simmer for a few seconds.
Now add the chopped onion and fry until light.
Add chopped tomatoes and red peppers, black pepper powder, garam masala and salt as per your taste.
Mix well, cover with a lid and allow the tomatoes to cook until leaving the oil on the sides.
Grease the paneer and place it in the pan.
Mix well and cook for about 5-6 minutes.
Serve as a snack or hot chapatis.
