सोशल मीडिया के दौर में फेक न्यूज का सिलसिला तेजी से फ़ैल रहा है. अक्सर स्मार्ट फोन वाले गैर-स्मार्ट लोग ऐसी हरकते कर रहे है. और उनसे भी स्मार्ट लोग यह फंडे निकाल रहे है. यह तस्वीर काफी दिनों से सशल मीडिया पर बिना सच्चाई जाने धड़ल्ले से वायरल हो रही है. इस तस्वीर को लेकर एक एडवोकेट ने यह खुलासा किया है.
Some mad people who don't have brain are spreading fake news that this under shown lady has become High court judge at the age of 27. This news is fake.
1) As per constitution of India, One cannot become Judge of High Court unless he or she has experience of 10 years as lawyer in high court or Supreme Court. Thus One completes degree of LLB at 23 years plus 10 years practice( experience) it would be min 33 ..
2) Recently collegium system (Body) appoints judges of High Court and Supreme Court, have made rule that for appointment of judge of High Court minimum age 45 but not more than 55.
Thus from no stretch of imagination the news could be true.
Conclusion : news is false, fake. So don't spread it.
